We can provide training for mentors/facilitators (group and/or individual training) to equip them with the skills and practical tools to facilitate group mentoring circles™. Please contact the Mentoring Co-ordinator for further information.

As preparation for individuals participating in our mentoring programmes we offer training for mentees to ensure individuals get the most out of participating in a mentoring programme. Our mentoring workshop covers the following areas.

  • Introduction to Mentoring Circles™ methodology
  • Networking opportunities
  • Virtual Circle - Using online mentoring support
  • Tailored content to audience e.g. self-motivation techniques
