Equalitec aims to help women returning to the workplace, working in an ITEC role, by providing access to Mentoring Circles™, providing opportunities for personal development and empowerment.

WiTEC UK manage the Mentoring Circles™ for Equalitec. Mentoring Circles™ are taking place both for women's groups and individuals in various locations across the UK.
